Wynsors Sponsors ITV Yorkshire Weather
Wynsors World of Shoes sponsor ITV Yorkshire Weather Wynsors World of Shoes has agreed a deal with ITV Yorkshire to become the main sponsor of the broadcaster’s regional weather updates for January 2012.
The sponsorship will promote Wynsors World of Shoes and Wynsors.com using a 10 second and 5 second ident before and after the weather broadcasts. The spots, which broke on New Years day, feature an animated weather scene and line drawn footwear with the tag line “fabulous footwear whatever the weather”.
Wynsors, who recently used Melanie Sykes to front their TV campaigns, will have a banner on their Wynsors.com site throughout the duration of the sponsorship with a link to a YouTube version of the 10 second ident.
Mark Richardson, Managing Director of Wynsors, said: “We were naturally delighted when the opportunity to sponsor ITV weather presented itself. We have many stores in Yorkshire, which we class as our heartland, and believe this will be an exciting profile-building campaign. It’s a great deal which will put Wynsors World of Shoes and our wide range of footwear products front-of-mind among a large audience.”
